3. Let’s Discuss Your Local Market:  After we both agree that this could be a great partnership, we’ll talk more to answer any additional questions you think of as well as research and define the boundaries that can be your protected territory of potential clients.  (3-10 days)

4. Let’s Work Together:  Now that we know about each other and where you could operate your business, the next step is to read through our Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.  These documents have everything we’ve discussed in writing so you know exactly what you’re getting.  (14 days)

5. Let’s Get Started:  To get started on your exciting new business, you’ll sign our agreements and complete your franchise fee payment.  After that, we’ll send you our pre-training “homework” so you can get to work right away.  Getting started on this before the formal training gives you a good foundation to understand how the business works and better comprehend the information you’ll learn during our in-class and in-the-field instruction sessions.  (5-20 days)

6. Let’s Learn This Business:  Before you officially open your business, you’ll attend a multi-day training program so that you know the ins and outs of how and why this business operates the way it does.  From marketing and operations to leashes and collars and lots of stuff in between, you’ll  have had either classroom or in-the-field training on how to operate your new business.  (about 3 days)
